FAQS
Can I bring outside food and drinks?
A: Yes, when you book a private party package (including private tables) you may bring in outside food and drinks
Can I bring in decorations?
A: Our rooms look festive as they are, but Yes! If you have a theme in mind we will do our best to help make the magic happen. Pretty please, no CONFETTI or GLITTER.
How do I book a birthday party?
A: You may book directly online OR if it’s easier just give us a call at 615.895.6950. If it’s after hours or if we’re with another guest, we WILL get back to you and make that reservation for you.
What happens if I need to cancel?
We understand life happens. We need to be notified at least 48 hours in advance. We’d love the opportunity to reschedule your event, but if cancellation is the only viable option we will do it. We are a small business and we want you to be happy!
What happens if all my guests don’t show up? Can I get a refund?
A: We require 48 hours notice if there are changes to your headcount. If you give advance notice we will downgrade your party to accommodate. Exceptions to this are if you booked a BLASTER BASH party (20+) we can only downgrade you to Blast and Play (10+) combo if there is an available smaller room at the same time/date. If no changes are made in advance you can’t downgrade the day of the event. HOWEVER, anyone in your party, including parents can use the laser tag and credits so they wont go to waste!
What happens if more guests arrive than I was expecting?
A: You may add additional guests the day of the event as long as there is room for them. It is possible the whole group may not be able to play together or be subject to longer wait times than normal.
