  • HOW LONG IS EACH ROUND?
    The whole experience takes about 15 minutes per round. Actual game time is 10 minutes per round which is longer than most laser tag experiences.
  • HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

  • IS A RESERVATION REQUIRED?
    A reservation is not required. We run games out every 20 minutes all day during opening hours. We can put out 35 people at a time. It is first come first serve. If you’d like to make a reservation it requires pre purchasing laser tag passes for the times you’d like to attend. You can make a reservation by clicking HERE.
  • HOW MANY PLAYERS CAN PLAY AT ONE TIME?
    We can accommodate up to 38 players during a game at one time.
  • WILL WE BE PLAYING WITH OTHER PEOPLE?
    Possibly, if we have other guests at our venue you may be playing together. We do our best to make sure we pair up groups that are of similar size and age if possible.
  • IS THERE ANYTHING SPECIAL WE HAVE TO WEAR?
    We recommend wearing clothing you can comfortably move in, however, we do not require any particular attire.
  • IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?
    We do not set an age limit, that is up to your discretion. We find that typically around age 5 most kids become comfortable with the arena atmosphere. However, it is a dark room with exciting and suspenseful music so we recommend an adult go with a little one to help.
  • IS THIS FUN FOR BOTH KIDS AND ADULTS?
    Absolutely! Our gaming system is futuristic not militaristic and is simple enough for kids to understand, but our system is complex enough to keep the attention of adults. We have corporate events that have a blast as well as young children. Many parents say this is their favorite kids party to attend because they have such a good time. It’s truly for all ages.
  • IS A WAIVER REQUIRED?
    Yes, we ask that all participants fill out a waiver. Waiver’s may be filled out in advance. No need to print out, once your waiver is on file you can simply give us your name. Follow link to waiver HERE.
  • WHAT ARE THE DETAILS OF A BIRTHDAY?
    A 50% deposit is due upon booking. Balance is due upon arrival on the date of the party. If any unforeseen issues arrive after booking the party, you may reschedule any time prior to the party at no additional fee. Gold and Silver package birthday parties are held during regular business hours We make every effort to pair groups together we think would work well together. For example, we wouldn’t pair together a 5 year old little girls birthday party and a college fraternity. If requested upon booking, we will give your group one exclusive round. The party package guest counts are for “participating guests”. There is no additional charge for attending guests. There is a difference in size between a 20+ guest party room and a 15- guest party room. You are welcome to upgrade your guest count at any time prior to the party, however the size room we reserve for you depends on the size party your originally book. If in doubt, it’s usually best to book the 20 person, then if your RSVP’s seem lower just give us a heads up at least 48 hours in advance and we can downgrade the size of the party. You have until 48 hours in advance to notify us of any downgrades in party attendance. If, for instance, you book a 15 person party but for some reason, only 10 show up the day of the event, you would still be responsible for the 15 person party, but in that example, you would have 5 passes left from the first round and 5 passes left from the second round and have enough passes for your group to go out for another round. If you think your group will have extra attending guests, you might consider adding additional pizzas at $12 each. We include one canned soda or bottled water per participating guest. We have additional party drinks available for purchase at $1 each. The typical order of events for a GOLD PARTY is as follows: We check you into your private party room, we give you 20 minutes for your guests to arrive, we take you back for your first round when that round is finished we will have your pizza, drinks, plates, forks, and napkins waiting in the room for you. We give you 40 minutes to have pizza, drinks, sing happy birthday, etc. Then we get you out for a second round. When that round is done you typically have about 15 minutes left in the party room where sometimes people will open gifts or just sort of wrap up. (schedule of events may vary) The typical order of events for a PLATINUM PARTY is as follows: We check you into your private party room, we give you 20 minutes for your guests to arrive, we put you out for your first round, when that round is finished we will have your pizza, drinks, plates, forks, and napkins waiting in the room for you. We give you about 20-30 minutes to have pizza and drinks, then we get you out for a second round, when that round is done usually guests will go back to the room for cake, sing Happy Birthday etc, then after about 20 minutes we get you back out to finish off the party with a third round. (schedule of events may vary) We know hosting a party can be stressful. We do everything we can to make it the best party possible. We will walk you through the process. We touch base with your party throughout the event. We take you into your private party room, we set up the pizza and drinks in the room when it’s time to eat, we brief all participants on how to play. We typically set the pizza and drinks in the room for you and let you do your thing. If you’d like us to assist with serving the pizza and drinks, just let us know. Anything we can do to make your experience better we will do our best to accommodate. We are the best laser tag around, but we do not have a full kitchen. We have our pizza delivered hot and fresh from Domino’s. We can arrange gluten free options if needed. We provide large plates, small plates, forks, napkins, drinks, and pizza. You are welcome to bring other sides, drinks, and cake. If you bring a cake, please bring something to cut it with. We keep spatulas on hand as back ups, but it’s best if you could bring your own. If bringing any outside beverages please keep in mind that all of our drinks are canned or bottled so we do not keep cups and ice. You may bring cups and ice if you’d like. We also have a fridge and freezer if you need them. If bringing adult beverages, please bring cups to pour into. No glass bottled beverages or adult canned drinks are permitted in the main area or arena during events held during regular business hours. Cups are allowed. You are welcome to bring in any kind of outside decorations. We have TVs in the party rooms with all the movie channels, so if for instance, you have a Star Wars-themed party, we could have one of the movies playing in the background to add to the theme.   • WHAT ARE THE DETAILS OF A PRIVATE EVENT?
    Private parties may not be scheduled during peak business hours. Peak business hours are typically 6-9 Fridays, 12p-11p Saturdays, 2-6 Sundays. It’s often best to call us to go over all your options for private events. All of our party rooms may be used for your event. We have accommodated events up to 150 people. Any outside food and beverages are allowed. Including adult beverages. You can play as many games as you are able to fit within the time frame purchased.
